I Haven't Paid the TollCross City Tunnel
If you don't have a tag or pass and have travelled through a number of different toll roads in NSW including the Cross City Tunnel, you will need to set up a temporary visitors e-pass:
- in the last two business days
If you don't have a tag or pass and have travelled through only Cross City Tunnel:
- in the last three business days
- then please contact the Customer Service Centre on (02) 90 333 999 (between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday).
- and have received a toll notice
- click here to pay the outstanding amount online. You will require the Toll Notice ID number in the top left hand corner of your toll notice and valid credit card details.
- If you have a tag and still received a toll notice
- All other Australian Toll Roads
- For unpaid tolls on all other Australian toll roads, please contact the toll road operator directly for assistance.
