Your use of this Site is subject to and conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions which apply and govern the Site which together with the CCTM Privacy Policy constitute 'The Agreement'. Your use of this Site will imply your acceptance of this Agreement and any future variations to it. If you do not agree with this Agreement, you should leave this Site immediately.

All materials contained in this Site including without limitation any text, photographs, HTML Code, software, graphic, logos, photographs, PDF files, audio/video content or artwork available on this Site ("Materials"), unless otherwise indicated, are protected by intellectual property laws and must only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may display, download, print and reproduce this material in unaltered form for your personal use only, subject to the following restrictions:

Website - Privacy

To understand the CCTM practices in relation to the collection and handling of any personally identifiable information you may provide to CCTM via this Site ("Personal Information"), and when and for what purposes we may send you emails, please see our Privacy Policy.

You are not required to provide CCTM with any personal information when visiting this Site.  However, in order to access certain services and content on this Site, such as applying for a toll account or a pass to enable the provision of electronic tolling services, or if you wish to edit or view your personal details or transactions, you will be required to provide such personal information, including but not limited to name, address, company's ABN, vehicle registration numbers, and credit card and bank account information.

During the application process, you will choose a personal identification number ("pin") to use when you wish to access your toll account balance. The pin provided should be safeguarded at all times. You are responsible for the security of your pin and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorised use under such pin.

When you visit this Site, or download information from it, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and records the following information: your internet address, your domain name if applicable, the date and time of your visit to the website, the pages you accessed and documents downloaded, the previous website you have visited and the type of browser you are using. This information is only used for statistical and website development purposes.

Website - Cookies

A cookie is a small message given to your web browser by our web server.  The browser stores the message in a text file, and the message is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.

CCTM does use cookies on this Site.  If you have registered as a user, the main cookie carries your unique identification number to ensure that you remain on your account and are not able to review another user's account. Limitation of Liability

CCTM will be under no liability to you in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of:

  • services supplied by CCTM under this Agreement;
  • a failure or omission on the part of CCTM to comply with its obligations under this Agreement;
  • the content of this Site;

  • the unavailability of this Site for any reason, including due to computer or communications link downtime attributable to malfunction, upgrades or preventative or remedial maintenance activities.

This Clause is subject to warranties and liabilities that cannot by law be disclaimed. CCTM's liability for any breach of a condition in relation to supply by it of services to users of this Site is limited to, at CCTM's option, supply of the services again.

Release of CCTM

CCTM may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Site, including the availability of any features of this Site, at any time. CCTM may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts of the Site without notice or liability.

Acceptance of this Agreement

(a)     You agree to be bound by this Agreement.

(b)     This Agreement is subject to change at the sole discretion of CCTM.  You should read this page regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

(c)     This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there.
